Who we are
Founded by a man who ran out of other options.
UNAFRAID MINISTRIES was founded by Eddie Penney — a United States Marine who went on to serve as a Navy SEAL and Tier One operator — after years of chaos led him to one conviction: genuine freedom is only attainable through Christ.
That conviction became a ministry. UNAFRAID MINISTRIES confronts the cultural narratives that keep men trapped in cycles of defeat and replaces them with truth, brotherhood, and a plan of action. We do not offer comfort. We offer the spiritual disciplines, tactical resilience, and raw accountability required to lead from the front.

Walking with them after the uniform comes off
Spiritual counsel, peer connection, and one-on-one mentorship for warfighters, law enforcement, fire, and EMS — walking with them through transition, trauma, and the question of who they are once the uniform comes off.
So congregations can worship without fear
Assessment, team structure, and scenario-based training that equips church security teams — led by operators with real-world experience and a servant's posture, not a hero's.
A brotherhood, not a mailing list
The UNAFRAID Community is a brotherhood of Christian men built on faith, accountability, and biblical leadership. Devotionals, small groups, 1-on-1 sessions, and live events call men to lead from the front — as husbands, fathers, and disciples.

We multiply rather than duplicate
UNAFRAID MINISTRIES partners with local churches, first-responder agencies, recovery ministries, and veteran organizations — sharing training, speaking, and resources so the work already happening in our communities is strengthened rather than competed with.
